A Manchester based photographer with a degree in graphic design. For the last two and a half years I’ve been working at Northern Fix, David Short’s fashion photography studio.
I have hands-on experience of live and product photography in both studio and on location settings, both in the UK and abroad. Recently I’ve completed shoots for Regatta in Manchester, Italy, Ireland and just completed a 10 day shoot in South Africa this February.
A natural organiser, I am able to work across concept development, pre-production, shoot, and post whilst working solo or collaboratively. Making talent feel comfortable and bringing the best out of people around me helps deliver the quality imagery I strive for.
With in-depth knowledge of a variety of camera systems, studio lighting techniques and with excellent Capture One and Adobe suite skills I am able to hit the ground running in a variety of situations.
I have a keen eye for creating stories within my work, using my skills and experience to create eye-catching and visually striking imagery. I enjoy working with composition, lighting and different styles of shots to create compelling frames to sell to an audience. Having worked for leading brands as part of an independent studio I am now looking to work freelance.
